Group Study Room
There are four rooms to study as a group. Capacity of each rooms and equipment are as follows. Each room can use wireless LAN. Also, we lend projector. Only members of Akita University can use, until two hours. To use each room, please reserve institution on homepage, and come to Service Desk on time.

Study Single Room
There are 5 rooms to study and research. The capacity of room 1 and 2 is 4 people. The capacity of room 3, 4 and 5 is 1 person. You can use wireless LAN in rooms. Usage time is up to 2 hours. There rooms are only for campus users. If you want to use these rooms, please reserve institution on homepage, and come to the Service Desk.
There is provided with whiteboard in the room 1 and 2.
Audio-Visual Booth
Audiovisual booth is a booth for using audiovisual materials. The booth is for one person and only for campus users. Looking and listening video, CD or DVD, that is not library material, is not allowed. Please choose audiovisual material and come to the Service Desk with material. We do audiovisual materials “inside the library lend”, and lend the room’s key.
Lounge
There are newly-arrived magazines, newspapers, and a TV which broadcast foreign language news. To watch TV with headphones, please borrow it from Service Desk. Lounge is permitted eating and drinking. Automats are located at the foot of the stairs.
2nd Floor - Reading Room
2nd floor is silent. Please refrain from talking except conference room and audiovisual room.
Conference Room
Conference room is furnished with presentation function. There is provided with projector, screen, whiteboard. Using PC in this room is permitted. Also you can use wireless LAN in this room. Capacity is 24 people. Only campus users can use, until two hours. To use the room, please come to Service Desk.

In the room you can use audiovisual materials inside the library. Capacity is 6 people. Looking and listening video, CD or DVD, that is not library material, is not allowed.
