[Central Library] Start of Trial Operation for AU-CIS Applications for Faculty/Staff User Registration

eginning in January 2026, faculty and staff members affiliated with the Tegata Campus can now apply for user registration (new issuance of library user cards, reissuance, and changes to registered information) through AU-CIS, the groupware system for university employees.
Issued cards can also be received via campus mail.
If you do not yet have a user card, wish to have it reissued, or need to update your registration information, please make use of this service.

As before, you may also complete the procedures at the Library Service Desk.
If you need your card issued immediately or are unable to apply through AU-CIS, please visit the library and speak with the service desk staff.

Please note that as of January 2026, this is a trial operation limited to the Central Library, and only faculty and staff affiliated with the Tegata Campus are eligible.
Those affiliated with the Hondo Campus, including the University Hospital, are asked to complete procedures at the Medical Library Service Desk until operations begin at the Medical Library.
